With over 15 years of senior-level HR experience—including strategic leadership roles at HR Director level—we bring a depth of knowledge and practical insight to every client partnership. Our CEO, Eoin, brings a uniquely grounded perspective to the business. Beginning his career as a qualified plant fitter, Eoin transitioned into the HR field after returning to education over 15 years ago. Starting as an unpaid intern, he steadily progressed through the profession, ultimately serving as HR Director across multiple industries.
Eoin holds an Honours Degree in Human Resources from the National College of Ireland (NCI) and an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law from The Honourable Society of King’s Inns. His journey reflects the core values at the heart of EMGHR: People First, hard work, real-world experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
